Flatto81 is a multidisciplinary collective based in the Netherlands with a shared interest in handmade botanical inks and natural colours. We work on projects ranging from product-graphic design to organizing creative workshops for children and families.
Our initial idea to create sustainable greeting cards began in 2009, researching, developing and designing hand screen printed cards with handmade inks made from plants and vegetables. Since then, we have been collaborating with various designers and artists, organizing workshops for multilingual children and families, stimulating creativity using natural pigments on paper.
